Cross stitch pattern showcasing the iconic Spanish City in the North East of England in a colourful 1920's travel poster style.   (NOTE this is a downloadable pattern and instructions ONLY, full kits available here)

The Spanish City has played a part in the lives of many locals and visitors over the past century in one form or another, with the stunning domed building continuing to delight those that know and love it.  It is arguably the jewel in Whitley Bay's crown and so was the perfect way to finish the Whitley Bay trio of designs.

The pattern was influenced by art deco travel posters of the area, as well as the town's colours.

All colours suggested within the pattern are DMC (although it would be interesting to see other takes on the colourway!).

Using 18 count aida will create a 5x7inch finished picture while using 14 count aida will create a 6.5x9inch finished picture.
